البدوي يؤكد أن اجتماع المجلس الوزاري يعكس تعزيز وحدة الخليج في الساحة الإقليمية والدولية

أوضح الأمين العام لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية جاسم محمد البديوي أن التواجد الخليجي النشط في المحافل الدولية يعكس المكانة المرموقة التي تتمتع بها دول المجلس على الساحة العالمية

جاء ذلك خلال تصريحاته بمناسبة انعقاد اجتماع المجلس الوزاري التنسيقي الذي ترأسه وزير خارجية مملكة البحرين الدكتور عبداللطيف بن راشد الزياني وشارك فيه وزراء خارجية دول المجلس اليوم على هامش اجتماع الدورة الحادية والثمانين للجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في نيويورك

تكريس العمل المشترك

أكد الأمين العام أن الاجتماع يعكس التنسيق المستمر بين دول المجلس حول مختلف القضايا ذات الاهتمام المشترك مما يعزز وحدة الموقف الخليجي ويؤكد أهمية العمل المشترك في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية

وأشار إلى أنه تم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة الاجتماعات الوزارية المشتركة المقبلة مع عدد من الدول والمنظمات الإقليمية والدولية على هامش أعمال الجمعية العامة بما يعزز المصالح المشتركة ويدعم التعاون المشترك

تعزيز الحوار والتعاون

أشار إلى أن الاجتماعات الوزارية التي ينظمها المجلس تعكس الاهتمام المشترك بينه وبين شركاءه الدوليين والإقليميين في تطوير العلاقات، مركزاً على الدور المحوري لدول المجلس في تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية

وأكد الأمين العام أن دول مجلس التعاون تسعى لتعزيز شراكات فعالة ومستدامة قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل والمصالح المشتركة، مما يسهم في تحقيق الأمن والسلام والتنمية على الصعيدين الإقليمي والدولي

The Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, clarified that the active Gulf presence in international forums reflects the prestigious status enjoyed by member states on the global stage

This statement was made during his remarks on the occasion of the convening of the Coordinating Ministerial Council meeting, chaired by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, with participation from the Council’s Foreign Ministers today on the sidelines of the 81st UN General Assembly in New York

Consolidating Joint Work

The Secretary-General stated that the meeting reflects ongoing coordination among member states regarding shared issues, enhancing the unity of the Gulf position and reinforcing joint efforts at regional and international forums

He noted that the joint ministerial meetings of the Cooperation Council scheduled for this session will address various agendas aimed at advancing shared interests and fostering cooperation and partnerships

He underlined that the Cooperation Council’s ministerial meetings demonstrate mutual interests in developing relations, emphasizing the pivotal role of member states in fostering security, stability, and development
